Dental Health Month
February is Dental Health Month
Get your teeth cleaned at your regular dentist office in February or March and receive a FREE flosser from our office!
This year, along with our referring dentists, we decorated pumpkins and delivered them to Plantation General Hospital Pediatric Ward. What a wonderful and fun event for everyone! We had no idea of the hidden talents of these dental professionals! The pumpkins were received with a big smile fom the kids at the hospital and hopefully brightened their day as well as their hospital rooms. Start thinking about your ideas for next year!!

OFFICE EVENTS
We go out to schools during Dental Health month, hold dental screening sessions at Elementary Schools through-out the year, take part in Health Fairs,… Our favorite events by far are the Theme Weeks in office, held every other month. You can check out the previous theme week pictures below. The schedule for future themes is also laid out. We actively encourage our friends with braces and those without to come in dressed to join the party. Every week has a best dressed award too.

Hey there all you Super Heros!!!! We had a great time during our Super Hero Week!!! Plantation was definitely a much safer place because of all of you!!! Dr. Khakhria is still looking for his bat signal!! HAHAHAHAHA! Thanks for joining us and making Jacaranda Orthodontics super safe!!! "Prom week 2009"
Not just pretty faces here at Jacaranda Orthodontics, we clean up well also!! We wanted to dress up nice and celebrate your special prom and graduation events in style! We busted out our old and new dresses and Dr Khakhria even wore a tux every day to work! Wow, what a week. We look forward to doing this again this May! Come see your orthodontic team decked out to the nines!
Giraffe Naming Contest
On April 1st, we celebrated the anniversary of our 6th year here at Jacaranda Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry with the naming ceremony of our big orange friend!!! We would like to thank everyone that participated in this big event. We were fortunate to have so many names to choose from and the name that we felt was a perfect match was GERONIMO!!!!! Several patients entered this name and to make sure everyone was rewarded we put these names in a hat and Dr. Khakhria drew the name of the grand prize winner!!!!
The grand prize winner received a $50.00 gift card and the 2 other winners received movie tickets!!!! Thank you again for being a part of our celebration!!!
